The college was started in 1926 by the Jain society of Khatauli as a small Sanskrit school by the name of Acharya Kund Kund with the auspicious blessings of Param Pujya Ganesh Prasad Ji Varni, who is known as Gandhi in the Jain world. It is the grace of Pujya Varni ji that today the same school is fulfilling the educational needs of the society in the form of a postgraduate college. Shri Kund Kund Education Association was established in the year 1936 for proper management of education. Due to the efforts of the society, this school was recognized as Junior High School in the year 1936, High School in 1944 and Intermediate College in 1947. In 1961 to develop this institute into a college, the members of the association got affiliation from Agra University to started the graduation level classes in Faculty of Science After that, from the year 1971, graduation level classes were started in the Faculty of Arts from Meerut University. In 1992-93, Hindi and Economics and in 2006-07 English and Painting subject’s postgraduate classes were started. In the Faculty of Commerce, the graduation level classes were started in the year 2002 and the masters level classes in the year 2016-17. The college started classes of professional course BCA in the year 2012-13 and B.Sc.(Home Science) in the year 2019-20. Apart from this, the college is also recognized as a research centre for PhD degree in Hindi, Chemistry, Economics, Painting and Sanskrit. So far 34 students have obtained research degrees in various subjects from the college. Currently more than 2000 students is studying in college.

Wi-Fi facility is available in the college campus. The college is also being equipped with smart class. The library is being developed as a digital library.In addition, construction of new buildings and rooms is progressing towards completion, special cell has been formed for medical facilities under the supervision of Medical Officer Khatauli.Under the supervision of C.O Khatauli, a committee has been formed for the protection of the girl students. A committee of alumni students of the college is also being formed.There is a separate common room and toilet facilities for girls.

This college is known all over the region for its discipline and excellent exam results. Many times in the past years, the students of our college have increased the pride of the college by getting first place in undergraduate and postgraduate level classes and competitions in the university.

Various types of indoor outdoor games are organized every year in the college for the overall development of the students. Debates and cultural programs are organized for communication efficiency. From time to time our students participate in various competitions of the university. Facilities of NCC and NSS are available so that their development needs are being fulfilled.
